Growing up in the '90s, like most kids, I watched a ton of pro and college sports and dreamed of covering an event at Arrowhead Stadium. Once I learned how to shoot with a camera, that dream became a reality, and I was lucky enough to cover a variety of events there. October always seemed to be a busy month in my TV career, starting with my first assignment at Arrowhead: the Fall Classic between Pitt State and Northwest. The last event I covered was a Sunday Night Football game in 2018 when I was at KSHB-TV. I’m incredibly grateful for all the opportunities I had at Arrowhead, including the chance to cover Pitt State alum Brian Moorman when the Buffalo Bills came to town. I owe a lot to Cody Coil, Steve Slivka, and Brandon Spiegel for giving me the opportunity to work alongside them at such an iconic venue.
