I vividly recall 1/19/2019, as if it happened just yesterday. The atmosphere in Kansas City was charged with excitement as the Chiefs prepared to host the AFC Title game. My assignment for the day was to capture the arrival of the New England Patriots. Despite the intense anticipation, the weather was unforgivingly cold, with temperatures hovering in the single digits. It was so cold that my station car's windshield cracked on the way to the airport. Braving the elements, I found myself in the unique position of documenting Tom Brady disembarking from the plane. In my opinion, he stands as the greatest quarterback of all time, although I acknowledge that readers may hold differing views, and that's perfectly fine. Working in a television market alongside an NFL team was an experience I thoroughly enjoyed.
